IEP Program Overview

Information for 2011

On April 1st 2011, the IEP Program was no longer supported by Government funding and therefore moved forward to a cost-recovery model (ie. funded by IEP participant fees). This program has been renamed as the Internationally Educated Physiotherapist Exam Preparation (IEPEP) Program.

 

SCHEDULE


The IEPEP Program plans to run four written and two practical programs per year. Each program will be of three months duration.

Fees


Cost for the Written Program:       $1,250.00

Cost for the Practical Program:     $1,750.00

  • Fees must be paid in full by the stated payment due date
  • Fees may be paid by online or by cheque, money order or credit card
  • Cheques to be made payable to: UBC CPD
  • No refunds will be made after the registration has been processed
  • Exceptional circumstances will be individually reviewed without prejudice
  • Fees will be refunded if a program is cancelled due to low enrolment
  • There will be a $25.00 charge for non-sufficient funds (NSF) cheques

 

Criteria for Enrollment


  • Credentialing by the Canadian Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulators completed and a copy of the credentialing letter to be submitted with the application form
  • An anticipated date to sit the QE or PCE
  • Payment in full by the stated due date
  • Residency in BC not a requirement but BC resident IEPs will be given priority if space is limited
